Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within one to five business days. 

DUE TO COVID 19, SHIPPING and PROCESSING TIMES MAYBE EXTENDED  

 

 

Orders are shipped through the USPS in rare chances deliveries can occur on weekends or holidays. An email will be sent with your tracking number once the package is processed at the post office. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes

 

PO Box delivery is only available for orders shipping to the US.

Damages

 

Gleaux 71 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier then our support team directly to file a claim.  Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
